I am 61 years old and have been diving for 46 years. I started diving as a trainee with BSAC and later qualified with them.

At 17 years old I began hard hat diving on the River Tees, in the North East of England and then progressed on to commercial diving around the North East Coast. I later joined Jersey Underwater Centre as an Instructor/Commercial Diver.

I then changed career and became a Ships Master but never lost the yen of the underwater world.

I have been taking underwater photographs for about 23 years and now want to share the successes with you.

I am now retired and try to spend as much time as possible in the warm waters even though in my early years the Scottish waters of the Western Isles have always drawn me to them.
